Beth Cowan AISTD (Dip)

Beth originally trained with Susan Town and Elizabeth Hill in Chester. She went onto train professionally at Laine Theatre Arts. After performing, she has spent the last ten years teaching at various schools and vocational colleges, also teaching in for a year in Canada. She has recently returned to the UK after spending the last 4 years teaching in Jersey.

 

   Alongside her teaching she has continued to perform in many semi professional productions including Jane Smart (Witches of Eastwick) , Mary Magdelane (Jesus Christ Superstar) Peggy Sawyer ( 42nd Street) Sally Smith (Me and My Girl) Glinda/Aunt Em (Wizard of Oz) Graziella (West Side Story) Dream Laurey (Oklahoma) Guys and Dolls and Sweet Charity.

 

   Ms Cowan also holds the Associate diploma (Diploma in Dance Education) of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing which she gained with Distinction.
